Happiness Comes in Small Packages is a horror short story written by Brian Barnett. It was originally published in the anthology Toe Tags II: Blood and Bizarro.

The story is about a girl named Greta who is tormented every day by the popular Whitney. Greta yearns for a better life, a life like what her aunt lives. When her aunt comes to visit after a trip to South America, she brings a seemingly innocent doll as a gift. The doll, however, was "blessed" by a local shaman and he guarantees that it will bring happiness to its recipient. But at what cost will happiness come for Greta?
