Break In is a poem written by Joey Froehlich. It is based off of the real-life incident when a crazed man who broke into Stephen King's home. The poem comments on the fact that King was away, yet his wife, Tabitha was home at the time.
It was published by Gothic Press in the Froehlich's chapbook poetry collection, The Fuel of Tender Years. Ironically, King wrote the introduction to the collection.
